Sea water extract 750 mg (including magnesium 300 mg, 80% RDA). Lithothamnion 188 mg. Vegetarian capsule (Hypromellose). Anti-caking agent : magnesium stearate. Vitamin B6 2 mg (142 % RDA).

    Je n’ai plus les paupières qui clignotent, associé à la NAC et Vigne Rouge, nette amélioration de la circulation sanguine et lymphatique, diminution des douleurs articulaires aux doigts et mains, beaucoup moins de stress aussi.

    Mais 2 gélules par jour c'est trop pour moi. J'ai l'habitude d'avoir un autre magnésium où une seule gélule suffit pour le même prix, avec les mêmes effets. Donc cela revient cher.
